Summer Registration 2024

 

Please fill out this form to register for 2024 summer membership. If you are not already a Valley Pond shareholder, you must join the waiting list. When your name comes to the top, you'll be notified that you may purchase your share and register for summer membership.

1. Using the online form below, please list the people in your household who plan to visit the pond this summer. Summer membership and guest fees are the same as in 2023.
    

2. Our bookkeeper will calculate your summer member dues total and email you an invoice. When you receive it, please pay via credit card, debit card or bank transfer using the link in the email. You may then sign in with your name and share number when you visit the pond.
    

3. To check on the status of your summer registration or payment, please email valleypond.bookkeeper@gmail.com.
    

4. Please note that all household members regardless of age (including infants) who visit the pond must be registered as summer members.

Who can visit

​

• Those who visit the pond must be registered summer members (e.g., the shareholder and any others in the shareholder’s household whom they have registered and paid summer dues for) or guests of members.
   

• Guests must be accompanied by a member, who will be invoiced in September for accrued guest fees.
   

• If you're a shareholder but elect not to pay dues this summer, you're still entitled to three free "person-visits" to the pond per season. For example, one shareholder and two guests may visit on a single day, or one shareholder may visit on three separate days. Please notify the staff when you visit the pond and sign in yourself and your guest(s).
